President's Letter



The Palazzoli company introduced by its Chairman - together with a brief account of its outlook and philosophy.

It goes without saying that our aim has always been that of producing components for electrical systems of the highest quality.
It also goes without saying that, over the last several decades, we have been successful in fulfilling this ambition.

What may not be so immediately self-evident - though it's what has mainly distinguished any Palazzoli product, past or present - is the outstanding long-term durability these products demonstrate, in whatever electrical or mechanical context they are applied to.

One of our most fundamental commitments is to continuously maintain the satisfaction of our customers and end users. We are very well aware that this is the most important issue where our activity's growth and profitability are concerned.

In order to be able to guarantee this satisfaction, the Palazzoli team has devised the following procedure:

At regular intervals, we identify and evaluate our customers' changing needs and expectations. This allows us to be able to be ready with what is required well in advance.
We frequently organize meetings or events to establish a more direct form of contact - or indeed a developing relationship - both with the installers and with those who are in a position to recommend the use of Palazzoli's products. These meetings also provide valuable indications as to which direction product line development might most usefully go.
Committed and highly professional collaborators are a strategic success factor: it's on such people that the creation of value and customer satisfaction depends.

Palazzoli is, therefore, determined to put into effect every kind of initiative that can assess - and enhance - the competence, creativity and intelligence of its personnel, as well as encouraging active participation.

In the interests of achieving a widely constructive working environment, management style is one that encourages participation. It enables professional or interpersonal relations that are built on co-operation and trust.

It was very much with these beliefs and values in my heart that I took up the relay stick - when my turn came - four years ago. It will be my privilege to steer this company towards the centenary of its activity.
